"Working out with Harry was great. I accomplished my goals of getting stronger, being comfortable with using the machines, avoiding being muscle-bound, and having a wholesome workout that incorporated proper diet.
In the beginning, I told Harry that I didn't want to be too stocky and that I wanted to gain muscle mass proportionate to my body height. Harry incorporated this information in the exercise we did. During workout, Harry was very encouraging, patient, and fun to talk to. He answered all the questions I had, and he explained how the machines worked. And when I wasn't comfortable with the machines, he showed alternatives using free weights. In order to avoid being muscle-bound, Harry demonstrated various cardio exercises to balance the weight-lifting aspect of the whole workout; he was even able to give some tips on healthy foods to eat.
Overall I enjoyed working out with Harry, and because of him, I feel that I have a great working out foundation that motivates me to keep training in groups or on my own."

I have trained with Harry for a year now and it is the most fun I have ever had working out. He is an excellent trainer, knows his stuff and makes the workouts enjoyable. I have been working out for several years, particularly in different group fitness classes, but I felt I had reached a plateau that classes alone couldn't help. I found Musa thru a friend and he has given me a lot of great new workouts that are giving me a new edge. After many personal training sessions and several months of rotating the workouts, I am definitely feeling and seeing a big change in my body. Hey Musa, I just want to send you a note to say thank you for these last three years of working with my family and friends. When I hired you to teach my daughter a dance routine for her Bat-mitzvah, I was impressed with your focus and dedication to make it look good. Then after seeing you lead my family and guest to the dance floor for some body moving and entertaining line dances I was convinced you had to be a group fitness instructor of some sort. All my guest kept asking me where did you find him?, Does he work at your gym? ,etc.. They were as impressed as I was. The ladies that night convinced me to ask you would you be interested in leading a bi-weekly aerobics class at the house. When you told me, yes and that you were also a personal trainer, all the pieces came together. That's when I knew I had to fire my old trainer and hire you. That was the best move I have made towards staying in shape and living a healthier lifestyle. You can use me as a reference anytime. Thank you!
Musa, I was skeptical about having a personal trainer because of the expense, but you are good at what you do and more importantly I trust you. Thanks for pushing and motivating in a wonderful way. Glad that you are also a friend. My goal is to lose weight and build strength all over and I am on my way hooray!!! I know we only have had about 10 sessions but I can see how a personal trainer keeps a person focused and on the right path for life.
When I injured my knee, I thought I would lose all of the muscle tone and never fully recover. But I remembered he had a similar knee injury and stayed in shape. Thanks to Musa's patience and approach, I am now learning alternate ways of staying on top of my fitness and I feel great again during my down time and recovery.
I met Musa at the ON The Road Track and Field Summer World Tour while he was assisting former Olympians and training with participating athletes. It was obvious then that he was incredibly passionate and knowledgeable in just the brief conversation I had with him. About a few months later I had and athlete that was at the top but need more attention on his strength and quickness, I heard that Musa was a living in the area and decided to reach out to him to see if I could get my athlete to any Speed and Agility clinics. HE told me none were scheduled but he was working with two other athletes on a one to one training practice and the he maybe able to fit him in if his schedule allowed. Just from his emails back and forth, it was clear that Musa was open to training my top athlete if he had the time. Long story short Musa found time to work with my one of my athletes and completely change his look and drive on the track and field. Now every practice he is clearly pumped up to get started. His energy was infectious and got our whole team excited.
I trained with Harry and saw dramatic results in a short period of time. Though hypertension runs in my family, Harry helped me achieve a significant drop in my blood pressure--my doctor was even impressed! Harry is both highly skilled and fun to work out with. He is an awesome trainer and I recommend him highly for anyone who wants to improve their health and fitness.
